Only Browse is just about fully functional, Submit doesn't quite have everything yet, and Create is empty.

That will be phase 2. First priority is getting the site usable so people can start sharing. Phase 2 will allow users to put the tiles they uploaded into collections (and some more stuff).

I really think you should try a different colour scheme.
I have a 99% accurately calibrated dell ultrasharp and it looks like a combination of orange and blood.
I'd recommend trying different shades of blue (like the weather or google tile colour).
