Yes, it is; sadly, development on generic-forums has stalled until I can get my plugin-manager working
Finally got around to working on our community page.
It's probably about 70% done as most of the pages still have some issues here and there.
I'm also in the midst of testing out a lot of jQuery stuff and I'll probably end up changing a lot of it,
such as the page transitions. 'just a lot of experimenting and fun going on.
Not bad for a 2nd website though right? I consider myself more of a designer -- not a developer, so excuse any really retarded errors here and there.

There are still some usability issues here and there which I'll be ironing out (mostly traversing between pages and optimization).

Where do you see orange... I didn't use it anywhere. And the red is just rgba(255, 0, 0, 0.95) pure red with a bit of opacity. It looks fine on both my laptop and sgs2.

It's probably the opacity doing it, doesn't look pure red.
Definitely try some other colours, red isn't very windows-y.

Also, for the site, I would consider adding a spot to add the RGB for custom colors for the tile background because as far as I can tell, the 30x30 icon doesn't fill the whole area in the All Apps section, unless I'm doing something wrong. I've been setting it to white and it really bothers me.

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. The 30x30 icon will be just the... well icon. You set the background of the tile with oblytile. If you mean to just set it for the website so it won't be on the default grey background. That is one of the things planned for phase 2.

I mean in the all apps view, with Oblytile it sets the border of the smaller icons to the background color that is selected below.

You can change the white tho right? It's the color you pick in oblytile. So pick the color you want it to be... red for flash, yellow for fireworks, etc. etc.

Yea I figured you meant that. The icons that are going to be uploaded won't have a background color in them (at least not the proper ones). So you can pick whatever you want as a background in oblytile and it will be that color as a whole.

Doesn't necessarily have to be white. But yes a transparent background would work best. It is all meant to customize windows 8 and giving the option to users to change the background to whatever they want is just adding to that.

Ah, makes sense. I figure I'll go with white as to fit the same theme as the other tiles fit. Also, White seems to work best with the tiles.
