Yeah now I see what you mean. But I feel that my projects need to stand on their own, that they don't have to have a part, an outsider of sorts, that breaks a bit the concept. I don't know if you can see what I mean.

That was just a homepage redesign, and I felt too lazy to do anything after that, my bad.

Shouldn't the permissions be defined in the database? And the page title, header, and footer shouldn't be a part of the settings; that should be in the actual HTML file.

On a website that stands on its own the "home button" would take to the home page of the same site, not to the page about it on the author's portfolio.

Please change the description text from the one straight out of w3c article and make it something like "What should we call you in emails, notifications and personalised content?". Failing that at least drop the bracketed part it just seems kind of unprofessional (especially with the random question mark at the end?).
Other than that It looks simple and clean which is nice. TBH I would get tera to whip up some nice big banners/buttons that show all of the benefits of registering because it seems kind of empty and dull at the moment. Do something kind of like what you did on the submission page maybe?
