• Would you go out of your way to make your project compatible with IE?

IE9 is scarily standards compliant for an internet explorer browser so it's usually very minor or no work to support. IE8 is okay generally, too. Anything below that involves serious development time (mainly figuring out WHY things don't render properly), and with the user base declining it's not generally worth bothering unless a client specifically needs it.
If you pay me twice as much I'll make the site compatible with IE. Doesn't apply if you're okay with the site working only with the latest version.
Fair play! I havent tried the latest IE... Perhaps I should.
My university lectures make me and the rest of my class support IE6 if we do not test it on IE6 our grades are deducted, It sucks.
