What is your systems specifications?, and what is your connections download speed?
How long is it taking to load for you?
The server its running on is upto 100mb/s and usually takes no longer then 3-5 seconds to load on most systems I have tested on with Chrome.

Oh no, my connection is fine and it loads good. But when I scroll there is a heavy delay on it.

Background size was set to 102%, now down to 100%,
I did notice a slight bit of lag on the scroll, should be fixed

I don't see a problem with that, all you need to start learning is how to use CSS, from there you can implement IDs and Classes to make it look snazzy ;)

Already did some work in CSS but removed it all because they were basically all #something { text-align:center } "hacks" to get my content centered :C
