• How much caffeine do you drink?

I drink reckless amounts of coffee. Plain, dark, sugarless coffee. As dark as my brewer allows.

I don't drink coffee anymore. Because even caffeine in coca-cola keeps me awake
You know what: I really don't have a fucking clue. I used to think myself as a big coffee drinker, emptying out a good ~6 big cups every day. However, I recently discover many people take their coffee a lot (often using two, thee or even four times coffee per unit of water) stronger than I do. So those 6 big cups may be the caffeine equivalent of 2 big ones. Hell, how does one reliably measure their caffeine intake?
Equivalent of 2 cups of coffee. I take nootropics and my stack works like this: 100mg caffeine 200mg l-theanine 1500mg piracetam 750mg oxiracetam 30mg Noopept 615mg choline citrate All that twice a day. Caffeine and l-theanine work well together, l-theanine helps get rid of caffeine jitters (though you still can crash on caffeine, so i'm actually trying to wean my way off it) Piracetam, oxiracetam and noopept and standard nootropics and choline helps the efficacy of the racetams (also choline deficiency is bad for your health). The noots are pretty much a crutch to help me get through my last year of college. They do seem to help me recall information taught in class easier.
I'd strongly advise against racetams. They are not well researched and many people fucked their brains with them. choline and other stuff is cool though.

There is other stuff that's actually dangerous I don't fuck with. In all honesty I probably won't order any more. Benefits are marginal at best and the shit's expensive.

I'm not really much of a caffeine guy, but I absolutely love my sodas. I drink 1-2 a day pretty much, but I've been trying to switch to water.

I'm too lazy to prepare the coffee... Heat up the machine, put the tab, take the cup, place two sugar inside, press the button and wait... What a waste of time! Instead, I bought online anydrous caffeine, this is the pure caffein form. I take 2x200mg each morning when I wake up and drink that with tape water and it's even better to get buzzed the morning.
Nah pure powder caffeine sucks. Coffee has a lot of other healthy stuff in, tastes great.. and you don't need 400mg damn man. [editline]30th March 2016[/editline] Ok maybe you do because I might be same but am in denial. Who knows

I usually drink about 2 cups of coffee on the weekends with milk.
My drink of choice is Soju (Korean liquor). I like 산 (saan) because it gets me drunker faster. Here's my regimen so far: Wake up at noon Shower Have a fistful of granola and a banana 12oz redbull (about half the time) Go to class (most classes are at 2pm Get out of class at like 5ish Hit the liquor store and grab some soju sometimes I'll get a pint instead Start drinking at like 9pm Code while drunk Code looks like shit cause I'm drunk Say fuck it and go to sleep This habit should probably stop :I
I usually drink a cup of coffee in the morning, and a bottle of caffeinated soda during the day. If I'm really tired, I drink a second cup of coffee during the day, but sometimes I drink no coffee at all and do just fine. It really depends on how well I sleep I suppose.
