I'm definitely updating my own projects to use this approach as well from now, it makes handling dependencies so much easier.
I've migrated to NewPunch. It's okay I guess. Been working on hardware side stuff right now. I've got a R-pi zero that I've configured as a pi-hole and have been playing around with linux since I've never really bothered to learn much of it. Idk if I'd be willing to switch from W10, just because a little common sense solves most issues and application compatibility is more important, but it's a nifty OS for sure.
Off topic, I know, but the new look is nice and refreshing, but I can't believe they couldn't save the posts that everyone made.
The past couple days I've been working on a image uploader in django. Just for fun, pretty cool

Did some looking around and it appears you have to do it manually. Makes sense since using the new facepunch requires you to effectively create a new account.
