No they're not.
A full-sized TIE Interceptor and Imperial Shuttle are not included in those packs.
All that comes with it are the small low-poly model rips from, I'm guessing X-Wing Alliance.

some are not clones, some are just recruits.
In the beginning they were all clones.
Later, in the first three movies, they're some clones, some recruits, etc etc.
MUCH later (about 125 years after new hope) they mixed, (coed) and pretty much no clones.

ummm... Didn't the clones age twice as fast as normal humans so that they would reach the fighting age of roughly 18-21 in half the time? The clone wars lasted a few years, and it was 20-something years until luke grew up and joined the rebellion. Times this by two (advanced aging process) and the clones are in their sixties! I seriously doubt the emperor would keep 60-year-old stormtroopers in his service... Great stormtrooper citizens, by the way :) I use them on the RP_stardestroyer map :P

Actually the Empire stopped using clones after they had a [url=http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_of_Kamino_(Imperial_Period)]rebellion on Kamino[/url]. The Empire started recruiting soldiers after that.
