Looks like something wrong with the .phy model or the model itself. I'm no modeler though, so I don't know much about it.

Instructions:
Just extract folder to addons.
To make his hat go away just use bodygroup changer and set it to bodygroup 1 sub group 1, to put the hat back its bodygroup1 subgroup 0 and also in the Homsar spawn menu there's his hat by itself so you can have it on top or above him when using his mouth, the mouth is faceposed btw.

Oh yeah I forgot to do that. I'll be sure to update this one with the shading technique once I do Homsar version 2. Thanks for pointing that out.

Appear twice in the qc.

Just add them as skins.

Well actually, I animated the eyes to move with the mouth when it opened so I can't make them bodygroups because you can't facepose something that is a bodygroup. So I need to make different versions for his eyes to be on different sides of head. Then I need to make other versions for his head to be reversed because I noticed that that's how he moves his head is that it just reverses.
Edit: No! better idea. I will make the eyes move with another faceposer animation thing.

Bodygroups are:
1.0= head normal 1.1= head reversed
2.0= eyes normal 2.1= eyes reversed 2.2= eyes front(only works with head normal)
3.0= hat normal 2.1= hat reversed 2.2= hat off
