The one thing that's getting me thinking is that the back of Trogdor's eye texture is more darker and that transparency may work better with black related textures
I'm not really an expert with texturing or modeling and stuff, just something that crossed my mind

Uh. Okay first off, please send me all the eye textures in VTF format with the gray background edited out, and/or tell me how you got it to have a transparent background. Because I tried just selecting the background in Photoshop and then deleting it and making the background transparent. When I converted it to VTF all I got was a white background behind the eyes. Please tell me what you did in GIMP and then tell me how you converted it to a VTF. Thanks. And thanks so much for fixing the texture.

Well I opened it in Gimp and then I clicked on the image with the fuzzy select tool, then I clicked clear to remove it. To convert it, I dropped the fixed eye TGA file in the Cheat's materials folder, opened an existing VTF, and clicked convert folder. I select the folder path and what file format I'm converting, so it converts the TGA to a VTF and VMT
Anyways, here is all The Cheat's eyes fixed

Thanks for explaining that. I guess I'll use GIMP from now on since I seem to be having problems with taking out backgrounds in textures with Photoshop.

Marcel ported the original model, I just rigged it up.
It's got no bone problems so I think I've gotten better at rigging :D

I can't seem to get Giant Trogdor to work well though. When he is spawned he seems to just float there and not be able to come down or be rotated. If someone can fix him please do.
