You bet it was quick! I just did that in about idk 40mins- 1 hour maybe took. It was an easy process. Also, was easy cuz I already had her model ripped, just wasn't fixed up yet.

Anybody know about textures messing up when having more than 32 different texture groups?

Not the model, just the fact that the textures mess up
Maybe it went over the max amount of skin groups, I know its 30 something

If the Source engine is "mod-friendly", at least give modelers more than just 30 skin groups as the max amount
I'd say make 2 seperate models, one with 16 skins and another with the other 16 ones.
You could make them bodygroups yknow.
