I use MilkShape 3D with OGF plugin and X-ray SDK.

Mutants in ragdoll pack contain some animations, though only zombies are abled to walk. Also I am not completely sure about if I have done skybox versions correctly (I tested only one of them) but I suppose it should be fine.
