Wouldn't you need bones to make sure she bends correctly? Like for posing ragdolls and what not?
One in the torso and one in the chest should be enough.

in that case,please note that it is usually a good idea to texture a model before compiling it. Otherwise when compiled the model doesn't know what textures it's using, or if it even is using any.
Yeah I made a player model for Half-Life so I know that you have to texture it before compiling. Now that I think about it I never did model the hands on that thing...

Probably. But I think that's up to Glaber. Right now we're just trying to get it to be a ragdoll :P

News: construction of the UV map begins today. As of right now, Lamarr is on priorty 1.5, Kazooie 1.7, and Silver sonic's Bonus at 1.3. this means that all 3 are active projects.
I just wish the program wouldn't do weird stuff when I switch away.
Funny to see tgat someone is working on the Sexy Lamaar models again. I still have both versions on my HDD but was way to lazy to work on them. I will take a closer look at the topic again when I am back on my pc.

For a large organic model like that you may want to use pelt mapping:

Pelt mapping? Wow. This may come in handy later, but I'm starting to doubt myself in mapping Lamarr. (I hate working with High poly/complex models)
I still think the model needs the headcrab mouth in the stomach. It doesn't resemble a headcrab in any way without it.

Status update?
delay due to other projects started before lamarr. Also I noticed an error on her right hand, so it's going to need to be redone. (a simple mirror copy of the left hand will work)
Notice: I tend to work at a snail's pace. So if you wish to have this done sooner you may want to ask someone else. also I just thought at first that I'd just be compiling her, not re-boneing (hands out mind soap), error fixing, uv-mapping, and compiling. Also, the higher the poly count or the more complex the model, the slower I go due to un-needed detail that could had been replaced with a bump map that I don't know how to make.
hopefully this double post works. Now I'm not entirely sure how this UV mapping works, but I seem to be catching on at a base level, so here is what's been UVed so far.

Pretty spiffy suit model. But I also think the g-string is a little awkward. You should make it just the cloth material.
Status update:
Lamarr/Lamaar/however it's spelled had just been preped for uving her arms, and body+legs. I will nit be UVing her head as I suspect it should still use the texture from the nude model.
Body(IE Hands and feet) looks similar to that of the quarian from Mass Effect. You may just be able to headhack lamarr's head onto it if you want a quick made version. Also is this a nude to add clothes to or is it the model with clothes already on?
It's the model with the suit already on. If you want the nude one should be floating around somewhere.
