Cool, but I would really, REALLY like to see a racing skin.
Not for this version of the model, It would have to be stripped out for racing and I am not going to make another version of this model for a while after this is done as I am going to work on some other projects.

At some point I am planning to make a custom or hotrod version or two.

Looking great, will this be drivable?
Will it have those bodygroups and stuff like cars from Fueled Mod?
Maybe, I'm not sure if they will be in the first version but probably in later iterations.

Thanks, however I have already mentioned on the OP that...

A 1969 Dodge Charger, my all time favorite car. I would actually rather own a Dodge Charger before any super car. Awesome job so far, the model looks excellent!
I would actually rather own a Dodge Charger before any super car.
Any sane person would go for the Charger.
Also, i was just watching Blade Trilogy, a matt black Dodge with my Number Plates would look sweet.
This is so awesome. Any word on when it will be done? I want to do a machinima with it :D
If you say it's okay of course :D

I'm hoping to have the model done before my new film comes out but I probably won't have time to fine tune the drivability until after the film is complete on the 18th of november. I am hoping to release them very close together however, possibly on the same day.
Also I would love to see this model used in as many machinimas as possible so by all means use it as much as you want.
You have quite a long vehicle list there...how many will we see made?

As many as I can do, depends on what I need for my upcoming machinimas and what blueprints and reference pictures are available.

Hey I have a question. Do you know exactly how to fix that problem where the people appear sideways in their drivers' seats? I figured you'd be the best person to ask
I think it is because the bone for where the player sits is not there, or is in the wrong place.

Well actually it's an 'attachment' which is something you put on a bone in the .qc file before compiling to tell the game to attach something here. Here is the line of .qc code which defines the position of the player in the car:
$attachment vehicle_feet_passenger0 "Rig_Buggy.view" 0 0 -32
The HL2 buggy source files are all included in the source SDK content folder if you want to find out more, it should tell you everything you need to know.
Knew it was something to do with bones or attachments, just thought it was bones instead.
Knew it was something to do with bones or attachments, just thought it was bones instead.
Close enough though.....
I have been waiting for a driveable 69' charger for a long time, keep at it!
How many seats?
How many seats?
The Dodge Charger has four but I don't know if it's worth adding the two in the back with VU-Mod as it would be very difficult to get into them.
How many seats?
Im hoping that it will be like VU Mod....

Is there a script or something that will automatically put people in the back once the front seats are full?

Now I can get back to work on the model, hopefully there will be some progress soon.
