No, they just didn't change the front. It is actually called a daytona. It is just a charger with a fin and a wedge put in place of all front end components. But this one clearly does not have the front end installed.
I dreamed about this thing being released last night. Any progress as of late?

If you mean will the car have separate doors and parts then no, at least not in the first version. It will have new sounds, lights and correct view and playermodel locations though.
Also the car is now in game and drivable, I'm still doing some final adjustments to textures but a video should be up in a day or two.
