STOP Fucking arguing, takes you nowhere, unless you want a ban and, if you want to be banned be my guest just please take this else where, Wont solve anything just arguing over it on a forum where people want to discuss how good it looks, and if you want anyone to see your model or what ever you did to it then make your own thread and see what people think, OK, please just keep the arguing to yourselves, its getting real annoying just seeing you argue.
I'm just pointing out the facts...
...its going to be your downfall one day.
Yes you are max, But it kinda seems like it is turning to a negative downfall from what you are trying to make best of, if you will just forget any of this is happening then it wont be a big problem dealing with you and the postman trying to make it solved. and we know the rules postman

A few things and a ton of tinkersing.
Download a previously made car on gmod.org as an example, not a pack though.
You need a: materials/models/<examplename>/ vtf and vmf files.
A: Models/<examplename>/mdl, dx, phy, etc models.
A: info.txt - if it goes in addons.
A: Lua/autorun/<examplename>.lua
you can get the framework for this on a already made dl.
MAKE sure materials/models/examplename IS THE SAME AS:
models/examplename
get: vtfEdit.
Edit the vmf files to show the path of the vtf files.
Tons of tinkering, it may show up purple, it may not show up, just change things and test it over and over, youll get it.

You make it sound complicated..
Ban me for 1 day please!
You make it sound complicated..
Its not, its just having to put everything in the right place and a lot of tweaking...
Master Chris, what games have you played so far?
And, did you just finished tutorial back then before you make this Charger?
Somehow you look like a professional even though that's your first.
The model was pretty astounding.
You make it sound complicated..
when you have no experience doing this, it is.
Wait, i thought you were banned samantha?
Well i recreated a account XD, They said wait 3 months before making a new one so i made a new one after 3 months were over with. Good thing to i was growing restlessly. And also max, post, thank you for stop arguing.
Whats the point of being this much off-topic guys? It's Chris's thread, about HIS charger. We don't need all of you going around posting links to your Chargers. Sure, they could be nice but they need their own thread. And yes, I did do that yellow Dodge Charger, but the model was on filefront. I only made it spawnable, and I gave credit. I also can't wait for the movie or the Charger, keep up the good work MC!

Because they're trolls. Ignore them.
I've just used that NFS Charger, and the dimensions really are wierd to say the least. Looking forward to this one ever more now that I've had a taster.
This car looks sick. Im loving the amount of detail you put into it.
is it really hard to make your own vehicle like this cause i think it would be neat to have an 1970 el camino on garrys mod.

Yeah, Garry's mod lacks truck, so now you can have a cool car and truck with an El Camino

but the only thing is i dont know how to make these cars and it would be neat to have a nice off road pick up truck to.
Hey everyone sorry for the lack of progress recently, the computer move took a while and then to compound matters my steam account was hacked. I have got it back under control though and no lasting damage has been done except for loosing my friends list.
On a lighter note XSI and the valve-source SMD exporter seem to work ok on the new computer so I should be able to get back to work shortly.
Glad to know you got it back.
Nice to hear you recovered your account before it was banned or anything else serious happened to it.
Master Chris, is it true that you just finished tutorial back then before you make this Charger?
Somehow you look like a professional even though that's your first.

Which tutorial are you talking about exactly?
The model only looks this good because it's been made over such a long period. Look at the earlier versions and you will see a big difference, this is technically my first model because it's the one I started making first although I have actually finished other models before this one.

Modelling tutorial is the one I'm talking about.
I'm currently still in tutorial phase, and I'm too lazy too move on, though.
