I'm wondering where to position the 3rd person camera, this could be the place but it may be too low to see ahead clearly. Maybe I could position it slightly off center like in GTA IV.
why dont you just put it like the normal third person view on vehicles? you can see everything around you that way.
I suggest you don't move the camera but just aim it slightly further up.

i personally say a police version would look cool, but would be unethical considering they never used muscle cars for police units, and usually they used 4-Door Cars for thier units, not 2-door.

and fyi wolf Pursuit Special is an actual term and is used to apply to certain cars in the police force that would be abit more sporting than the usual cars, think the modern dodge chargers the state police use compaired to the ford crown vics the normal police use.

That list has been removed from the OP because there is absolutely no way i'm going to do all of them, I got terribly carried away and basically just started putting down every car in the world that I like.
