Yeah i realized the shoulders were missing too, i just forgot to add them before i took that SS but i do have them. And yeah i'm also not sure why the autobot/decepticon logos are missing in all of the texture files. i don't know if i have to manually add them there in photoshop or what.
I only just figured out how to correctly recompile these from max into Source. So I don't know how to ragdoll or make the models playable characters yet, but i do plan on learning because i really need soundwave ragdolled. Right now I could probably do Optimus' G1 vehicle truck as a static prop though. But again the texture files are incomplete so i'd have to color it and add the autobot logos myself apparently.
I only need ragdolls of most if not all the main cast excluding metroplex for a SFM project, just good ragdolls.

This is from WFC, but most of the soldiers/grunts in FOC should have the same head designs.

For future references; There is like a bunch of tutorials on how to convert from XNL or XPS together with couple of max scripts on tombraiderforums

First, it is not a converter.... what you need to use (as I've said before) is a "maxscript".
Second, I've given you the file - so you could see it's easy to do, together with name of the forums featuring all info and tools in question.
I wont give you direct links for fallowing reasons:
A - It's not a state secret, DO a little google and you're there (at this point you come across as ether lazy or illiterate).
B - You could actually learn something in process of looking, reaching beyond of scope of original search.
C - There are better places for asking regarding converting stuff from Xna to Max than here.
I'm not trying to be douche - I'm a noob here myself, but In my opinion you should only ask for help if you've exhausted other courses of action. Which BTW you didn't even scratch. By bothering people with simple crap like that you overstay your welcome and give other noobs a bad name.
i know you gave me the file for grimlock but all you gave me to look for was a website which yes I did look. My big concern is when all of this is done, are you going to put them in the steam workshop, or are you just going to let us figure it out all by ourselves when it's done?

if you can, put them in the Garry's mod steam workshop addons. It's so much easier to download/access them than on the gmod site. Maybe put a link in the forums/related threads as well just to be safe.

Sorry for bringing this back, but has anyone tried using umodel/UE Viewer for the FOC game? It basically can rip and complie all the textures, animations, meshes, and stat of the game and placed into a compatible software like, say, 3dsmax.
