I'm now able to compile it completely, not sure what I will do about the collision physics, thinking about using the one from the SMG if the sizes are similar. I could always make my own physics, or you could do it for me, either is good. Is there any way you can have me compile it now?

It seems if you do that it might lag badly, all the collision models are blocky and non well cornered. Although I do not have much resources to go off of, I have heard people complain over bad collision models.

Will you be using the SMD plugin? I do not know much about cinema 4d, but it seems that you would need this plugin to export as an SMD, and would be of great help if you send me the file in SMD format. The plugin I managed to find is here: [url]http://www.hl2land.net/nirrad/c4d-RefSMD.zip[/url]
One of the resons im not compiling it myself is being i don't want to deal with the SMD nonsense. I know nothing of bones and animations and all that nonsense
It won't have any bones nonetheless, bones are for rag dolls, and I think weapons as well, this is a prop. It would just be of great help if you export as an SMD. It doesn't need bones and animations, that is for someone else to do. Edit: apparently I didn't read the first post clearly enough, but seriously, I need it in SMD format or something that can convert to milkshape so I can have a shot at atleast making the view model part, animations or not
I have some constructive critism: 1. Forget lazars 2. Have like an eotech sight fold out of the top 3. I agree with the AS button being the Fold/Unfold trigger 4. Recharging is ok, but maybe have it flash as if a portal opened inside the gun? 5. No underbarrel grenades, make this an AR2 skin being as their are combine balls in portal (though they arent called that)

Excellent, but when I loaded it up in milkshape 3d, I noticed flaws in the UV map, picture soon Also, can I get the Closed version of it as well to compile? I plan on getting the view model done with nice animations and a nice script to go with it but I do not know how to get it animated, or do the script to how I plan... but I know someone who does, and unfortunately he is unable to get on. So to sum it all up, I am unable to do the view model, so I will just do the world model and the closed model
the world model is sectioned into animated pieces, i believe, so you can just close it up by closing things on there given axis. maybe try that first. then talk to me. :)

Looks cool, but you can try to make the stock much better. Also, make some sort of clip because I don't see how you can reload it. Otherwise a great model. [b]Edit:[/b] A great model, but add a clip and make the stock better, then you will have an outstanding sub machine gun model.
