The front part of his body for some reason wont just paint the brighter brown.
EDIT: On second thought, it wouldnt be hard to do Shinies.
A simple edit of the texture would do.

Yeh, it just so happens i live in Australia, so while most people are waking up, or eating lunch, im asleep.
Do people have no grasp of timezones?
Dude, seriously?
I have to have some sleep.
Ill start to rip 3 at a time:
1: Lapras
2: Cubone
3 Maybe Kabutops? Or is there anything in particular my colleagues want to see?

Thanks shadow_of_intent! You rule!
I just hope it's big enough when it's brought into Gmod.

Well this is what happens when nobody responds to a thread for a very long time.

We'll find out won't we :) (though i'm sure we can scale it if we need to.)

Within a day is quite quick for this forum (actually make that very). And 3-6 hours is not a "long time" @.@
Ok, Silver.
Link to Cloyster, Lapras and others will be in inbox soon.

Recieved and looking :P
Awesome
Well, it seems the time is coming close. I wonder what possibilities will occur when these models and ragdolls are released?

I thought there was something odd about the tummy. Nice job editing it, although it could be smaller and rounder. Apart from that, nice one! :D
What, the stomach?
Thats exactly how it was ripped from the game?
EDIT: Alright, im going to sleep. It isnt dead. Dunno if ill be on comp tomorrow.
What, the stomach?

Ok done a static port of Haunter (click on pic for details).

Sweet Haunter. Strange about the missing finger texture :S Esspecially since it's just that one, single bit...
Haunter got himself a mood ring :D
I would like to give a piece of advice on scaling to Silver Spirit: Try decompiling the Alyx model and using that as reference. You may just be scaling blindly.

I'm not scaling them at all as the ones I tried didn't do anything when I put a value in to scale it. And this one was just a test run. Also I can't decompile anything as none of the decompilers I have work.

Aaw no lapras model for me?:frown:

Oh. Never mind. Guess I'll just have to make do with a tiny Lapras on release.
Scaling is ridiculously easy.
But Silver Spirit can't do it when he tries. Have you tried manually scaling with the scale tool instead of inputting values Silver Spirit?

How do you do that in milkshape because I haven't got a clue.
Oh. I thought you were using 3DS Max.
Oh. I thought you were using 3DS Max.
Nope. Also just tried smoothing Jigglypuff it said it would increase it to more than 15000 triangles so I think that was the problem shadow had before with the Magnemite originally. And I can't find the .dae import option and i'm getting annoyed.
Oh. I'm starting to lose hope now that this will never be finished because we're unable to scale the models to the size we want.
Oh. I thought you were using 3DS Max.
So did I.
you can always download 3ds max trial for 30 days and scale.

Please stop with the pessimism it's getting me down :(

I'm not getting another damn 3D modelling program I already have 3 and I was just starting to learn how to use Milkshape ¬.¬ (though if you could help find the scaler in milkshpe that would be much more helpful :D or how I can fix Blender as that can probberly do it, or something...)
I'll see what i can find.
If you're worried about scaling, you can try the $scale command in the QC. Be sure to place it before any model references so they all scale.

You may have to fiddle around with the number, depending on what program you use or how it was first scaled. For XSI, 40 is a good place to start.
