The model needs to be replaced in my opinion. It's low poly and has horrible UVmapping, Valve's fault.
You did a good job on the skin though.

while you may be right, it's just one random part , and whilke they are pretty fun you can't make every model that great, or valve would still be working on hl2 ;D
