You obviously need the bodygroup changer for it to work...

2) Get a bodygroup changer for your Gmod.
2) Google Rebbacus' "Naked TF2 models", download and install them.
3) Download and install my "Nude Scout reskin".
4) Start Gmod and spawn nude Scout.
Use bodygroup changer's "scroll skins" option by right clicking your mouse till you get the right one.
5) Don't be an idiot.
