Few tips:
-Don't use gm_construct or flatgrass as background for the final pics.
There are tons of cool maps in [url]www.garrysmod.org[/url].
-The image is low quality and has jittered lines. Go to your Gmod options and check anti-aliasing. Also, use this: "jpeg_quality 140" in your command console.

[[Edit]] I've finally got the skin but the only thing i can remove from the scout is the hat. Iv messed around with all the numbers and it only removes the hat
