Those are going to have some badass Normal and UVmaps.
It's an awesome piece - and I can attest that he made it all. For normal mapping you will have to build a new low polygon model for this, the high poly work is excellent however you can't just decimate faces and hope to get away with it. Making a low polygon version however shouldnt take too long. Good luck normal mapping Ultimax... Your computer will catch fire.

It's probally a prayer if you're reffering to text on the cannon. The second word looks like fire, but it's more than likely a latin prayer. It's not really on all the models, if you can't figure out what it says i'd leave it out, or make a spot for it on the UV map. Also try and get the Lascannon, Mega Battle cannon and the heavy bolter rag dolled if you can get it ingame. And of course, Glory to the Emperor. I'd also recommend doing a Leman Russ, everyone loves that tank.

The last two words look like 'Pro imperium' or something similar, which would mean 'for empire' or 'for emperor' depending on what the last word is.

A single object with such polycount (and no LOD models) would have some effect to the performace, I presume. But let us not drag this into offtopic. Also on the model, I spy a lot of things that aren't the same with the original, but if you don't want to make it the same, it's your call.
Best model I have ever seen. I especially like it with it's top turret intact.

Someone mentioned Source's limit as 25k polies. BULLSHIT. I personally converted a 33k model to Source, and have used it several times (privately, the owner of the mesh has not given me permission to release it). In fact, I get about 100+ FPS with about 20 of them onscreen.
