By "the model isn't bad" I meant there isn't anything atrociously wrong with it in appearance yes it doesn't fit with TF2 and Yes there are lots of technical flaws but I addressed these both, now take a seat.

He didn't even have to look for that stuff and its not just a few others which agree the model is off, she looks wayyyy too young and the perspective of the proportions are off as well.
Take a closer look at what's done by valve to see how you can change it to fit more (for one the hands are too small and she's scaled all wrong).

He didn't have to look for it? cause it looked like he went to another site and searched for it, found the first thing that looked good for the argument without reading through the whole thread and posted it. I really don't see the young look to it at all, and by the looks of it to me some do and some don't, I addressed the proportion and TF2 style a few times before saying I would fix it in a V2,

The style just does not fit the cartoony style of TF2. If anything, it's more suited towards HL2.

Aha there is no ego, the model has flaws I acknowledge this and I will fix them, I personally dont feel the model has a problem other then being not the same style as TF2, as well as technical problems and the plastic skin lol.

I'm the last person to comment on tf2 models but I think the model looks a little too soft. Most of the tf2 models use a nice mix of soft edges and implied sharpness, esp. around the face and on the edges of clothing that this model lacks. That softness might account for the 'underage' feel of the model.
You might want to consider more defined cheek bones or a more classical hourglass body shape. Some textured depth in terms of artificial highlighting might not hurt either. Some normalmapped wrinkles on the clothes akin to TF2 textures would go a long way as well.

When compared next to the youngest member of the art style you're going for she looks incredibly young, like not even out of high school young. This is very likely because you've modelled her in a way which makes her come across as extremely petite, never mind the fact when stood next to the rest of the characters she is tiny.
My suggestions would be to resize her a bit, lower her shoulders or at least give them some arching down as currently you have what could be considered a straight line effect going there. Then improve the scaling so its closer to the TF2 style you're working with and add more definition to her face so it shows some age, it doesn't need much but currently its extremely smooth and resembles what most would call a baby face.

Who said this was a improvement? I was just making a new scout model (new) meaning body clothes remodeled, not new meaning the old one needing improving, in fact the old one is fine, and If you like that old one better use it Mine is in no means a replacement or a way to inflate my own ego saying the old one was bad, maybe you guys mistakened me for having that meaning but really I just had a version I wanted to do, thats all, I stated plenty of times what I would fix and I acknowledged what needs done that should be the end of it but I guess words arent good enough and you need to continue arguing?

If a witty comment being unnecessary makes it stupid, than an update to an already perfectly acceptable model is stupid, wouldn't you say?
The fact that Plasmid said he was going to fix issues with the model doesn't exactly mean it will become any [B]better[/B], I feel like it will most likely stay in the same style (minus a little tweaking to make it more applicable to TF2's art style) but the fact that if it IS improved to look a little more mature, you'll basically just have Rebb's FemScout :V

Fixing issues with the model makes the model better because it removes the issues. Will it conform to the TF2 artstyle? That entirely depends on whether plasmid modifies it to be closer to the artstyle or not, and it's his choice to do so - if you don't like that, then you don't have to, but that doesn't give you viable reason to shit all over it.
