You can actually have a per texture bloom in a sense based on the illum map. Which I think is the case here, mostly because the glow is so uniform.

Don't even bother, he believes that infinity ward would make such a stretch from using particles like in previous games to a far inferior technic, for it to have per texture bloom these models would have to share a fuckton of textures, something they don't, or if they do we can stop calling infinity ward lazy asses (soo much work for something easily done with particles WELP)

Just a tip, if you have pirate edition you already have most the files so close steam place the game files in steam apps in a folder called "Call of Duty Ghosts" then start steam and download, it should discover your files and update outdated ones.

Particularly the eye textures and the queen's texture.

I actually added .SMD a while ago just not got round to releasing update I'll do it today.
