Maya doesn't really do .smd exports anymore.. they just don't update the plugin.

I understand. I thought the .smd file contained some animation model. the tom tool only exports models and textures, no animations, not true?

Alright so I've wrote a algorithm that turns ghost normal's into ATI2.
It just basically converts the block data resulting in the final image on the left:

Alright I've released a update (0.8)
It adds the normal map processing code, and processes the blocks as it is decompressed. (They are saved as DDS(ATI2) you can open then in Photoshop)
I've also added a force_white vertex colors flag for the XE format.
The behavior of "img_local" flag has been changed also.
I've made it so if "img_local" is set the images are only exported in the same folder as the models.
and the MA files uses them images.
Previously the tool would just dump a copy of the images local, but the MA files would still reference the images in the global _images folder. And people where uploading models with just the local images so if you open the MA file textures would not be found. :|

please apply this update in your tool "Ghost pak extractor". I can't draw the models because my game is non-steam, i download the models from a post of "theoneman". I just need to extract the normal maps

Theare two problems with SMD import:

2. tabulation in skeleton section broke importer

Alright I've released a update(0.9)
It includes the updated SMD's
But also it now comes with auto scanning(experimental) which is used when Lime dose not have information for your binary(exe). Searches for the information and if found lets you export the models.
So if you have non-steam ghosts try this version and see if the scan system works please.

wait ... it showed that error when i run the tool by shortcut(I had deleted the previous version, and kept the shortcut, my mistake), but runnung directly shows this

That becauses it did not support relative path's, I've fixed it though so just re-download. :)

But it dose seam like the scan fails for your crack. The fact that the game is in Spanish may be affecting the scan. Be good to see if people with English cracks have a problem.

Can't start the lime. Downloaded version 0.9, started the game (non steam), opened the lime folder (have 3 files. EULA.txt , options.txt and Lime64.exe) double clicked on Lime64.exe and nothing, i haven't see any window :(
