Alright thanks :) Will your Ghosts tool be able to export to C4D with textures? Sorry if it's a stupid question I'm kinda new at this :)
Currently my tool dose, obj, xmodel_export and MA(maya) I plan to add FBX support at same time as Ghost support. I don't have C4D and have no idea what format's it uses.

I'm working on FBX but bones appear as 'Helpers' or sumen o.o
Anyone who use 3ds max tell me if bones like this are useable thx ?

They look pretty usable to me but i probably would make my own
You could dump the fbx file here, but yeah, it looks usable

Well I also export the games animations, so original bones are needed for the animation to play perfectly :)

O lol they should work fine on there own. Do you rip the view model arms to? Cause i would love to use some for animations.

Fbx always imports them as Dummy bones but i think there is a option to switch that to normal bones in the FBX menu when importing.
It uses .c4d format.
Much better to just import the FBX since that's a semi universal format which C4d, blender, max and maya can all go trough.
That said, I will admit I'm slightly more interested in cra0kalo's unpacker primarily, since as far as I understand it, LIME only grabs stuff which is actually loaded by the game as opposed to letting you leisurely go trough the archive files.

The bones are fine. The benefit of using max is that any object can actually be a bone or act as one. And the import option actually has an option to switch to traditional bones.

I used Lime for BO2 files and I had no problem converting fbx files over to c4d with the proper import plugin. That being said, When you start importing textures onto a rigged model in C4D you better have lots of memory cause it will crash if you dont.

FBX is fine for 3ds max support
Hi' Guys. I'am new here.
i extracted .pak files and edit some textures .
Now I want to see my edited textures in The Game . But I don't know how.
Is there any way to Repack Extracted files from .pak files?
I don't want to work Maya, I prefer Max.
But every time I'm trying to import FBX from Maya in Max, it crashes.
GPU arrives tomoz :)

One issue with the fbx file format is the fact that blender cannot open that file format there are no plugins for it but I do know one file format that works extreamly we'll is the .smd file format. it keeps original bones intact and I'm pretty sure max, maya, and blender all have tools for .smds I'm not sure though about c4d though.

None of my tools do anything, the guy that made that topic has been banned from forums multiple times and is hated by everyone lol, and use to steal my work and pass it off as his own all the time.
And he just try's to start shit about my tools, I have responded many times explaining how retarded his claims are on multiple forums already.
If you really think I spend all my time making these tools to help the community to then include malicious code, I don't want you using my tools tbh as I make these tools to help people. This is the reason many of my new tools have not even been released yet, since I take the view if people are gonna make shit up about my tools I just won't release them don't bother me, there loss. I get my fun from the coding :)
I bet your just one of his bum buddy's just trying to start shit again.
Hmm......Virus ?
What would Tom gain from putting a virus in a tool created for the community? think ppl think lol
so why that guy made that thread In the first place ?
Thats total BS imo
Maybe...But you can't be sure...I'm just saying.
Yes, and you can't be sure of that guy telling the truth :)
