This pack isn't dead it's in releases now and gets updated about every other month. They don't have headlights but they do use vu mod to a degree.

What map is the first picture? i've tried looking and there has been no links or map names or anything.
Good lord thread necro. Alright, the map in the first picture was a variant of RP_Evocity (I believe it was v2 at the time). It's been a few years since I've played so it may have changed, but Sgt. Sgt of this very thread was the creator of the map as well.
