Is the mask included? Not as a prop, just included maybe in a second ragdoll. The Predator looks so fucking badass with that mask. Also, you may have my children sir.

You've got your normalmaps mixed up with your spec maps. Those grey textures are actually the Pred's normalmaps, the texture in it's alpha channel needs to go in the red channel and the blue/alpha needs to be coloured white.
I will wait till somebody releases an awesome pack.

Predators are like 7 to 8ft tall.
Kevin Peter Hall (who played the pred in predator 1 and 2) was 7ft 2 inches.
Ian Whyte played the predator in avp1 and 2 and hes about 7ft 1.

They are usually about 7 feet high. The first 2 predators in the films were played by Kevin Peter Hall, a 7 foot tall dude. The rest from the other movies are pretty damn tall.

1: dont give up on avp2
2: port many avp3 preds
3: is it possible for you to get the hair working?
4: get rid of the wrist blades on the playermodel
5: port some aliens, make them player models (as a bonus get the tail floppy)
6: port some marines-starting with a black one obviously :D
7: make marine player models
8: get the weapons, both v and w, i am guessing you cant make sweps so get someone else to do it for you :)

Well, you've improved it alot. The normal maps are still kinda wrongly made and it seems like the whole model is flipped. AFAIK, predators are supposed to have the laser sight on the right side of the mask, and the Plasma Caster on the left shoulder. Although, those are minor (and possibly irrelevant) things, the normal maps are a bigger problem, however. They don't work exactly correctly when you just have them simply shaded blue.

Hmm i fought it was that Snood_1990 meant that i should make the blue channel blue. Well well maybe it was a translation error or something becuse english is my third language sorry:P Could you tell me how its done?

Well, one way is that you make the alpha layer selection grayscale, and save it as such. That version will then essentially be a "heightmap", which you can convert into a normal map, for example with crazybump.

Its cause the designs are based on the avp movie.
If I recall the preds where completely backwards for no apparant reason.
Awesome, if it's not too much to ask, could you rip out the Alien model? The one currently floating around is really quite buggy from the orginal AVP game.
How the hell do you get the body groups to work?
