help windows 7 doesnt recognize the file type (it worked on xp)
also do you rip singular models or is it possible to just rip everything?

forget what i said here i know how to use it now :P. by the way if your making the aliens make the gibs too like exploded body by shoulder cannon and the arms,legs and the head i got some good idea for some pictures.

Could someone explain how to remove the Pred's phong? For some reason with all my settings on low, he still appears shiny(like the bioshock models), and lags my game when I spawn more ragdolls.

Remove the line in the vmt "$phong" "1"
Now make an AvP3 Alien!

We need to wait for it because I'm working on jiggle-bone-dreds (pred's hair).
Yeah, I have no problem with that. Just saying, you're pretty awesome at this so consider making an alien once you're ready.

Are you able to make the mandibles face-pose-able? What about making the eyes pose-able?
Suppose it'd be difficult make the facepose work since most people don't know what predator facial expressions look like.

i have a problem with rar files because when windows asked me what program should i use to open it- i accidently picked hl2. how do i fix this?
