TF2 style texture's come from the shaders that you use, It's just a matter of experimenting with the model in game to get them right. I can't apply the TF2 shader's to the render.

There's still smoothing errors and some parts aren't smoothed at all! I would have fixed those before unwrapping and skinning.

I fixed the smoothing error's and got the fender's to smooth properly :ninja:
It confuses me why you didn't look at the references properly. There's still large noticable things wrong with it, including the car still being viewable under the window for a small stretch, and that the back and top and sides are all one smooth piece without all this strange brown bordering. The door on the back is also wrong. I could go on honestly, only looks like it by the simple resemblance of a jeep and caravan hybrid, not much else.

In the video there are about 3 blurry shots of his truck, I based the front of mine off an old land rover discovery and made the back up as there simply aren't enough references available.
