You don't 'download' a model from a game, you rip.
Use 3D Ripper DX, as for now its the only way.
When ever I try to rip them it crashes the game.

You need to rig it to a skeleton, then export it as a smd and compile it.
Im sorry, I can make sceleton using the bone tool? smd is a frame?( i cant see it in export frames (3ds max 7)) and how can I COMPILE it?
LILLWASA and one more thing : hod do you make them with colour and so ditaled.

Well I tried as well and it wouldn't let me capture the image of it. It said ready to capture and then when I hit the button it crashed. I don't know what happened.
I have my model in .smd what should i do next to export it to garrys mod?

you need to make a .qc file then compile it .... simple stuff just have to find it ... use c++ to write the .qc or give it to some one to compile for you. plus do you have all the textures in vmt an vtf format
