I assume he needed to take down the old one in order to put the new one up.

Another thing you should know about is that you will have to resize the characters so that they are as big as my haruhi model. If you can, could you PM me individual releases?

He did say it takes literally 4 hours to put something up. Maybe it takes the same amount of time to take something down? That's at least 8 hours, plus I'm sure he has a life outside of this. =P
