Idk if you could possibly base the firing mechanism of off a german MP40. The body almost looks similar to me.

Well no, I'm saying that you could use a pistol grip like the MP40's and make that ammo clip into a handle of some sort.

If you want to add more detail just add a few more pipes and maybey a psi meter.

I like the idea of shoulder-firing, but the recoil would put the sharp back edge of the weapon right into your shoulder, so see if you can fix the back part of it.
Like, lengthen the back and take another pipe thing and reverse it so the back is shaped like this /¯¯¯\ .

Looks cool. You know what would actually be really cool would be if you made this to be sort of a weird grappling hook/harpoon gun. Have it so that when you shoot it a rope is attached and the plunger latches onto whatever object or surface it hits. Then you can reel the object (or yourself) in and detach when you're done
L-mouse - Fire, reel in when attached
R-mouse - detach
That'd have a lot of possibilities including platforming.

You could hold it like the Cremator holds his Immolator (Except you'd need to rotate the handle on the bottom to the side that faces the player :P)
It sure was a long time ago I posted, The model is just sitting in a folder waiting for someone who would be willing to get this into the game, assuming people think that it deserves to be among the greats like the "Sparta kick" and all the various melon launchers. I have been working on the model from time to time fixing smoothening errors and reducing the polly count as much as possible using some neat and nifty tricks. So if anyone still wants to see some of my work, that now has been lost to the archives, give me a post and I'll dig out the best of what I have to offer, and maybe even start modeling again (apart from all the various subwoofer boxes that i draw up using 3DS)

It needs more toiletry theme in my opinion. Like...have a toilet roll on a bar, then maybe make a hatch at the back that you can open and shit inside the gun, and fit in a mechanism to launch said shit? A plunge-poon shit-thrower. It's like a bathroom-themed Bioshock weapon!

Wow that's incredibly immature, I could fit something like a toilet roll on there if only it performed a function or even made a lick of sense, What you see on there now is battery, gas canister, ignition coil, spark plug, and some pipes that supposedly connects it all into a working piece. I don't want to throw it of balance. I do appreciate the replay thou.
