And even if he think it'd be stealing if i uncompiled it and rerigged for l4d2, I don't want people to think of it as stealing. Besides, Felicia violates the not fully clothed and unallowed breast size for my models used on that site, that's why I was asking one of my fans to find me a model of Suigintou to rig that was more suitiable and not fan serviced. People just need to learn that porting someone's MMD model to source isn't really stealing, but you can't get any credit for making the model.

no, that means i have no intention, doesn't mean i'm planning on it, I think you are taking it the wrong way, so let me rephrase that "i have no intention of stealing people's work, i think it's dumb and rather lazy of people who just don't want to learn how to use 3d modelling software" becaus it is usually obvious that people who steal models do it because they don't know how to use 3d modelling software. if the author expressively tells you not tamper with his stuff, then you should listen out of respect.

I don't have any projects involving xenoaisam's work coming up, I know some people asked me for some mods using his models but i rejected them, I know my freind splinks used his lucy model, but enough of this, I don't wanna start any flame wars. I'll get to work on the cirno i got off this thread in a bit.
Have you heard about permissions? if the author says NO, you must stop it immediately, and if you get a yes, the less that you must to do is give him credits. Also, you are responsible for all those MMD models who gets their redistribution canceled.
Since the number of "vultures" are rising in high values every day that passes (the other day i had to report a guy who uploaded to Gmod the Miku and GlaDOS models of Xeno who changed the colors and didnt gave credit), i´ll contact again with the original creators of the Touhou models to talk about this situation.
If the authors says that i have to stop the production, i´ll do. I prefer break a promise before be responsible of getting all those models blocked for the general public.

Well, I still think that many people have a different understanding of stealing on the internet, and theivery on the internet can be pretty different than what some people think it is. like I said earlier, editing a model and realeasing it still does not give you the right to claim you made the model. In fact I once busted a guy who uploaded the vpk for the vocaloid survivors consisting of models i had ported not made to his own media fire. I then just politley told him to change it to the link where I put it. and he did. I also think it should be the maker of model's responsibility to include a readme on directions of use in the downloaded file, becasue there have been many instances where the model has not included a readme. That is why i never used the meiko model i got from another thread because its readme stated that it should not be tampered with and instead just found one on free3dmodels.com. and while I do agree with you that whoever made that miku reskin really shouldn't have, i'm just gonna say again, I do not want to start any bickering on this thread. because I think it needs more attention, and needs some actual realeases.
Maybe after some models are done I'll get back into making my comics with Gmod.

I think you're all misled by leilei, first off, I have never called anyone of the models that I have used my work. and second, I already saw the comment about the creative commons thingy. I do not want anyone to support leilei, she is a cyberbully on that site, she has been known for picking at tiny details on other people's mods and leaving rude remarks on the comments. I even stated to her that I think she just remains unconvinced that she is not the best moddler out there because she cannot even get one thing out. I could point out every tiny issue in anyone of your models xenoaisam, but I wouldn't do that because it would make you feel like you only wasted your time working on something only to have someone bicker. leilei is just another one of those troll we should all just ignore, this should all stop because only half of what leilei tells is the truth. it's all a slanderous lie, because I know leilei tried acusing me for stealing her hisen-ko mod, but I was actually just offering to help her with it. I beleive you should take that page down, because porting these models is legal because they're free. the only thing I could steal is ownership, but I have not once stated the model being my work, because then I wouldn't be able to get mods out almost every day. That is why if someone hexed one of those to gmod without my permisson, I would not be mad, I would not tell them to take it down, because it is not my model. I think it is the model maker's responsibilty to understand that what is free on the internet, thing such as this will happen. and besides, this is not 2006, I have seen many videos using your models and nowhere is your name mentioned. so in a nutshell, leilei is more than a troll, she is a cyberbully and a threat. Also, the models he ports are requested by others, they give him a model to work with so he assumes permission was gotten by that requester
And i have yet to see one single bit of evidence that gamer ever claimed that it were his models

Jeez, how long are you two going to go on about it? They stamp because they probably have nothing else to say about it. Whatever 1334gamer's done has been done and if he's in the wrong or not will be sorted out on its own. While I disagree with the melodramatics, Maestro brought it up because it was a problem that persisted, and all thats left is for 1334 to either fix it if he's in the wrong, or do nothing if he's been in the right and let fate take its course. Besides, if he gave credit for the creations, thats fine, but having permission to use them is different. Sure, not having the creations sucks for people who want to use them, but have respect for the people who create/port stuff. They take pride in what they do.
So lets patiently wait for updates then?
