Haha what a dumbass, apparently you have never played S.T.A.L.K.E.R. so the morale of this is if you do not know what it is or where it came from its better to just download it and not show ignorance in the forums.
Best idea here would be not to flame people for not being educated in the way of games. :) (And try not to be a hypocrite, if you please; it makes you look bad. :D)
As for the model: Hot damn, this is sexy! If Snood and Purvis rip other models from S.T.A.L.K.E.R, you have my vote for phonging 'em!
If you make it a bit smaller it could be a good fast zombie replacement, if that's how the bloodsuckers are like in STALKER.

There around 7-8 Feet tall in STALKER.
Yep they are kinda huge. and they aren't like the fast zombies. they don'T really jump.
I want a fast zombie replacement.
That's a sweet GMOD render you got there, may I use it as a render for my Stalker skin? -I never made a good one by myself.

yes. you could've asked me over msn too.
Also I already asked you if I could make some ingame renders for you, but noo.
Ok, i'm in the process of making this a fast zombie replacement. :)

But let him walk on two feet! Either it would ruin it.
So, is that rigged to the zombie then? Cause that looks awesome.

Aye it is :keke:
He looks like he's running around like he caught his dick on fire.
Siiiick!!! If you can, try to port the Snork, and make him a fast zombie replacement model as well.
STALKER Zomb for Average Zombie, Pseudogiant and rats/fleshes for Poison Zombie, Snork/Bloodsucker for fast Zombie?
I thought the normal/specmaps were pretty bad, EXCELLENT ripping/hexing job though.
The normals were generated from texture, so I went through and zbrush'd the entire bastard up and down, made a specmap by hand, and fixed some of the phong problems.

Place the bzucker folder in the archive into materials/models
O great. I see the war over steam friends coming what real bumpmapping is.

Yes, because zbrush and running the texture through a quick filter are TOTALLY comparable.

I just took a look at your stuff and
1) Your normal lacks a lot of the details both diwakos and mine (private) have, so I doubt you did anything such as that.
2) Your spec map is directly from the diffuse too, so I don't think you can blame him for doing stuff from the diffuse.

Well of course it lacks a lot of the details. It's not generated per pixel from a texture.
Do you expect me to go through and paint every crack and crevice? I am human, you know.
I made the specmap by hand, then put it over the diffuse as a multiply, just for added detail, I can undo that if you really like and just use the specmap i made.
I'll put the texture through a few cheap filters and see if I get the same thing.

Nah, I just want to see a render of the high-poly mesh you made in Zbrush.
Even a viewport screengrab will work fine.

Alrighty then, which texture corresponds to which model again?
I don't actually save my models when I make them.
I can try to just displace the regular model by the displacement.
Edit:
Ahaha, oh wow.

I tried to generate the heightmap with crazybump, I only saved the normal map straight from zbrush.
NICE!
Wow, thats cool. I could use some other Stalker Mutant models. Maybe the Flesh, or the Snork.
Sweet stuff. I've been hooked on STALKER again lately and I've been making comics with screenshots directly from the game. Maybe I'll make a Gmod one next :D
Aargh!! It's time for revenge!
Bumped for the sake of the fast zombie replacement.
I'm not really in a position to demand anything, but it would be great if it was released.
Yup it's coming along, will release sometime tonight or at the beginning of next week :)
I apologise for bumping such an old thread, but I cannot find a working link for this file anywhere, could someone who has the file please reupload it?
