I actually don't have the model. I've been wanting to find it, and been raging like hell because of it. This model is a nice alternative.

There was a soldier that had the same mask, although no trench coat. Can anyone port that along with rigging it with rebel/citizen animations?
Please don't shit all over this model by reskinning it and releasing the reskins every two seconds. If you want to reskin it and make it public, at least ask me (I think DrDean's left this model to my jurisdiction so yeah).

I think it'd be best to ask DrDean but as it stands he doesn't seem to want to be bothered with it. It was also ported for me and I had no intention to release it originally because I was afraid it'd get butchered by a million reskins or hacked to pieces for use on other models.
If he'd rather it be open for reskins that's cool with me but I don't want people to go and fuck it up with bad reskins.
Yeah I don't care, it's under teh pirate's judgement whether he wants it skinned/released/hacked/dumped into hot wax and then into a pail of shit.
