yo guys i'm back from a little break but i know there hasn't been an update in awhile, but i have been working on halo reach models,weapons and vehicles and will have screenshots up soon, but besides that lets move on i've had this wild idea to make a mode for garrys mod that adds mw2 stuff like player models,npcs and some weapons but also adds some fallout 3 weapon but is set in a post apocalyptic type feel and change some of the maps to make them look like they've been destroyed by nukes, using the mw2 arms that have been damaged, as seen in the EMP mission on mw2, so far i have done this one with and without the pipboy 3000 [IMG]http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll18/DarthNihilus03/awesomerig.jpg[/IMG] [IMG]http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll18/DarthNihilus03/veryawesome.jpg[/IMG] i will have a lot more soon as i am starting to get back into the swing of things so cya in the update

It was just posted on the Halomaps site. It's like 3 million polygons or something so it's not meant for games. I guess the guy who made it did it for practice, but you could easily make a low poly version then use the high poly to bake normal maps and AO maps and such. I think someone's doing that, or Corra said that was the case at least.

well it's about that time again so here we go small update i'm really trying to get all of this stuff animated so it may take sometime before you see the m4a1 cgb or the ranger version of the m4a1 from this game but other thin that here is the m9 from medal of honor arms ar fully rigged and gun is animated from MOH it's self just got to get all the animation together and see if nubblecakes can compile it or something [IMG]http://i284.photobucket.com/albums/ll18/DarthNihilus03/mohm9.jpg[/IMG]
the halo wip thingy is dying, so i will post here MAK TH3S 4 ME NOA reach plasma pistol odst plasma riffle (it can be skinned back to blue, but i think that this one has the nicest model) reach grunt minor reach elite minor reach spirit dropship,ghost odst phantom (cause the reach one is fugly)
could you port in the tier one operators wearing the us military gear? the afgan garb is silly.

I got a few MoH weapons in HL2, on the default animations. The Spas12 and M9 are pretty much perfect though. Does anyone know how to extract sounds from UPK archives? Umodel doesn't support sounds and never will, but I heard there's a program out there that can do it. Oggextract only works if the game uses ogg files, and MoH doesn't.
I found one on the UT3 forums once. But it was buggy as hell and liked to corrupt files and even miss them completely from the archive... But hey, maybe it's been updated since then

I will try and compile a working Battle Rifle when I get around to installing 3DS Max 2011 so the files Corra has available for me are useful. My 2010 version won't work for some reason, even after wiping my system of all files related to Autodesk and reinstalling, so I'm stuck on version 9 (not 2009). Since all Corra's scenes are saved with version 2010, they're incompatible with version 9. We could do exporting and importing files, but that's way too impractical. Because UT3 uses standard ogg files so oggextract works perfectly for that. I do have one program that can extract audio from .AFC archives, but it was specifically for Mass Effect 2 and it's got its own bugs as far as I know.
