Hell, I looked over at a site I usually go to for cheap prices on certain games (I won't mention what site since I don't want this to seem like an advertisement), and they have it for sale between $16.50 and $30 (not including tax).
I got the pass from the author and have been checking out most of the models, some are HD high polycount and all, a few are not as high polycount wise. Starting to think GMod might need a polycount limit upgrade with these Next-Gen level PC games coming to the playing field.
Wouldn't count on that happening.
I found Batgirl's costume in gamefiles. Unfortunately, it's unrigged so we are going to have to wait for a DLC with her (will be in July14-21) for a fully rigged version. But i have a feeling that it may be delayed for PC due to performance issues and stopping sales thing, so we might not recieve model for a long time. Other than that model is very detalized - arround 70k tris, and also it have 11 material slots and 46 textures with 2k resolution of most of them. Not nearly as bad as the default Batman's costume. 211309 tris in total and ~849 bones. like seriously, with these models, you could bake them down and it could still be viable for normal maps.
No wonder this game like the MK:X PC game had so many bugs and glitches, the computers running them probably couldn't keep up with the polycount.
the arkham knight was 176506 polys had to chop him a down a bit, even baked at 40% if the polys, still fucking great model, and hightly detailed his low poly was gmods max poly
So you were able to knock the polycount down on the Knight? Don't suppose you can share that lower polycount model with us, I was planning to use the game model for other purposes, but it's just way too detailed for what I had in mind.
