The tongues have the bones and geometry for extending to six feet in length, but turning all those bones into phys-models would invalidate the model, as you can only have so many phys-objects in a ragdoll. Therefore, I pulled the tongues back so as many links of the tongues as possible could flop freely from it's mouth.
The Breen pose I made was used with the earliest working version of the model, with the tongues sticking straight out, but only the furthest four links free-moving. I realized this was clumsy for posing, and wouldn't work at all well with a death-ragdoll, so I tucked the tongues inside the stomach for the base-pose.
I may, as mentioned, make a "tongueless" version of the model, and make a tongue ragdoll that is a stand-alone model. You'd have to put the tongue in the mouth yourself, but it would have all it's bones ready for posing.

I can't get the textures for the graboid to show up, but the model seems to be there. The Shrieker shows up good though. Any ideas?
Just found this in my console:
MDLCache: Failed load of .VVD data for graboid.mdl
Shit, I put the Graboid model files in the wrong place, or at least where it won't find the vmt's...
If you want to do it manually, just cut and paste those model files into your base "model" folder.
Otherwise, I fixed the upload.

great, now all we need is a tremors gamemode. kinda like zombie escape on css except two graboids, and after one eats a 2 humans that graboid becomes 3 shriekers and then after 3 more humans die they become 7 assblasters.
I don't know about the eating part for the Graboid, but having a functioning NPC life-cycle was part of the reason I decided to try out this idea. Came to me like all great ideas do: during a shower.
I gotta say...I was expecting a bit of a larger response to this given how relatively quickly I've been getting all this done...Especially in regards to giving people here something they can actually fool around with for themselves instead of just looking at pictures and hearing me drone about it...

I've compiled the ragdolls all into a single addon, now a TRUE addon with a spawnlist and everything. No more using the "browse" function to look them up :-)
