Great stuff. Always good to see your work around here.
I would recommend running buildcubemaps ingame to reload them, it's very possible they were last built on versions of the maps that had missing textures.
Didn't work unfortunately.
What is the font that you use for your Sci-Fi stuff? Would appriciate if you could tell, since it is really nice and would fit a project really well.

My best suggestion would be to rebuild the map at this point, provided you've opened up hammer before. The vmf is in mapssrc.

It's the old classic Microgramma. Its availability varies, but you can usually find the doublebold-extended version (the one I use primarily) for free if you do some searching.
The Joey Pilot human model has broken Eye posing (The eyes just look up and won't look down or to the side), could you just do a quick fix on that? I understand you ceased development on these and sorry if I'm just being an annoying nuisance.

I'm sorry, that model was never even tested in/for gmod. One of the reasons I put a big ol 'as is' disclaimer is because the last time I compiled anything for source, I was on a different computer - all my macros and settings I used to compile qcs are gone, and I no longer use modeling or texturing software that is easily compatible with source. The best I can say is to decompile and debug it yourself, or find someone that can do it. :saddowns:
