S-low is no modeller and doesn't claim to be one either.

He seems to manage to port a great number of things that others can't, so maybe he's got a way to get something off the PS3? It isn't completely impossible, it's just ridiculously hard.

I suggest you go to that site, Contact a guy called Satyr and ask him.
He makes incredible models in ZBrush, and he's fast as hell aswell.
That the best shot you've got;) He mostly rig models for Resident Evil 4, but rigging is rigging, so he would be able to rig it for ya onto valve skeleton.
You can always look around on Turbosquid and CGsociety, too. Experienced animators will charge you more, but you'll get what you pay for, and probably a lot sooner, too.
