He didn't take them down himself probably. Chances are that they just fell off for being inactive or something.
I believe there is a copy of the Dr. Oshikawa model in the Taconbanana Megapack but it isn't really worth downloading 250mb+ to get one model.
Plus, this hype going on about all of the City 8 maps that Taconbanana is releasing; it'd be appropiate to bring back the original inspiration to TnB's City 8 project.

That's correct, I've been in Anaheim for the past 3 days at the NAMM show. And no I did not take them down, that big filewipe on Garrysmod.org way back when killed a lot of my files there. Once everything settles down I'm going to hammer out a "city 08" pack for all you posing/RP folks. So keep your ears to the ground! :)

I had it a long time ago but got rid of it cause the whole head was missing a vtf file somewhere.

That will be fixed also. I'm going to go through the pack with a fine toothed comb before releasing to ensure it's as bug free as possible.
Alright but TnB's official switch to City 8 is tonight. I guess I'll have to use another model for nows
