Do you have the XOF and sneaking suit big boss packs?
[t]http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/711908238352365850/812EC1FD9EDD79B73FB1EE8AD50045F5C8FC0E8A/[/t] Why are their eyes purple for me? Actually they are missing a lot of textures. Some don't even have eye textures. And the Boss' head is basically one big purple checkered blob.
you need the other packs, too
Big Boss and Kaz nude models when
Save that shit for the freaks at SFMlab.
Save that shit for the freaks at SFMlab.
To which I can DMCA their shit for doing something without Ninja or my consent.
Save that shit for the freaks at SFMlab.
I was joking lol [editline]9th April 2015[/editline] You know it's gonna happen though
I was joking lol [editline]9th April 2015[/editline] You know it's gonna happen though
if i made these i'd dmca you just for the suggestion shit anything other than direct download+install of a model is dmca or lawsuit worthy imo.
if i made these i'd dmca you just for the suggestion
That's not how DMCAs work. [editline]9th April 2015[/editline]
To which I can DMCA their shit for doing something without Ninja or my consent.
Technically you guys didn't even make the models. You ripped them from a high budget game and rigged them for another engine. So you're not really protected by copyright.
Nice work, Ninja.
if i made these i'd dmca you just for the suggestion shit anything other than direct download+install of a model is dmca or lawsuit worthy imo.
You'd make for a terrible lawyer if a joking suggestion is worthy of a DMCA or lawsuit in your book. I don't see how words alone are considered worthy of either of those when the words themselves aren't actually violating any terms. That's like me saying I'd go slap someone with a DMCA or lawsuit simply for suggesting I make a joke version for one of my old Counter-Strike Source weapon skins that turns it into a floppy dildo whenever it's fired, just because they had suggested the use of a floppy dildo model instead of a rifle.

whats with cunts that have never posted suddenly coming out the woodwork to be an idiot
whats with cunts that have never posted suddenly coming out the woodwork to be an idiot
I dunno man, I was just making a dumb joke because I'm a huge faggot.

So as long as those exist, it doesn't give you asylum from DMCA until you get direct permission from one -- or all -- of us.

Whether someone declares their intent to use and/or modify a model or not, a majority of the ports you'll find around the net and on the Steam Workshop most likely don't have the explicit permission from the developers (or company in general that holds the rights to the game/series) to have been used and/or modified for their own purposes. However, most companies honestly don't seem to give a shit (or at least they don't show any sign of getting into an uproar about it, excluding Bohemia Interactive every now and then) and won't waste the time (or money) to sue someone over a port/porn hack of their models a majority of the time unless it's actually causing a problem for the company in question.
whats with cunts that have never posted suddenly coming out the woodwork to be an idiot
Beats me, but it seems really familiar to what happened with some of the ArmA-related ports in the past.

The only morally just copyright infringement is my copyright infringement.
