All this conspiracy talk has soured the very nature of the poll for me (and totally not because my vote didn't crack the top 3). If someone makes a deuce of profiles to vote twice on a subject why can't they make three, or four? Can't trust anyone!

Hey guys here is a ultra late release of the final soul calibur pack
it was ready in august but I held off because of school and other stuff but school is out! for now...
So here it is 4 characters I original said i would do 3 and i was gonna do 6 but I had no time
Tell me if there's anything missing or if anything needs tinkering and i can update
-- The last 2 characters I wanted to do was The apprentice and Ezio I dunno if I'll have enough time on my hands to work on em ( porting from soul calibur takes alot of effort) I'm more than likely just gunna move onto another game to port from--

I'm still trying to figure out ragdolls (every ragdoll I've made turns into some disfigured abomination atm), but those are the first two I plan on porting in terms of characters. I've got all of the SCIV models on my spare drive, so I can attempt to get those taken care of when I get the time.
As for SCV models, I'm still trying to get a hold of those. Assuming I can find them, I'll see about porting some of the characters and weapons from there as well.

I almost forgot to ask; Roland, do you think you could upload the SCV models? I still plan on taking over for you, but I still haven't found any downloads for them (aside from what you included in your releases, of course) and I don't have the means to rip them myself.
Oh, and has the SCIV model of Ivy been updated with the SCV head? As i said before, the old head has some anti-aliasing issues on her hair and the newer ones fixed the problem.
Oh yeah I can upload what i have and i can help rip what you need -- there is alot though so pm me

Actually the SCIV and SCV heads are almost the same besides the eye shadows and scale ( SCV version uses less textures since they are bunched up -- which is better for source). you could get away with just swapping the hair

Yeah, swapping the hair is fine; After all, that's where the problem is. (as long as that's all that needs to be changed. Because I noticed the little change you made with the two more recent Ivy models right away, heh.)

As soon as Roland can get the models from SCV to me, I plan on porting them over to GMod first.
oh cool. what i want to see is costumes from the sc2 game. my fev are sophita player 1, cassandra player 1 and seung mi ni costume 3. there is also that one guy with one eye. his name i think was charred. then there spawn as a charter for the sc2 hd game. he looks cool.

Edit: just had a thought. Dampierre's hat should come as a seperate object as well. Could be used for specifif poses with him taking his hat off, and for putting it on other characters.

I was actually thinking of body grouping the hat, but I could also make it a separate prop.

The hat is already bodygroupped on Roland's Dampierre. A seperate prop version of the hat is what's needed along with that.
Admittedly, I haven't been able to spawn Roland's Dampierre to actually see that (keeps spawning as an error sign for some reason, probably just a bug on my end with the Steam Workshop).

Ooh, the stages! I'd love to see someone turn them into maps!
A quick thing you could do is compile them as effects. I did that with a couple of scenery models from XNA to see how things turned out. Depending on how big the scene is, it might not react to lightbulbs well.
You mentioned that the .NMD character files only seem to read one material. Is this only while it's being viewed in Noesis, or does it also apply to what's exported by the program?
Trying out the update, the new additions look great!
EDIT: Actually, I just noticed that the fingerposing on the updated Ivy isn't working properly, the bases of her fingers aren't moving when I try to pose them...

Yeah when you export It will only have one material assigned. even worse, most of the meshes have merged so in order to sort it out you'll have to assign mats by element which is hell without a reference.
(If you ever try your hand at Ezio ur gunna have a hard time since The spd exporter messes up almost all of his Uvs beyond repair so you'll need the nmd versio )

He or someone else ported Yoda a long time ago. And we already have an Ezio model.
Also, I don't know why I didn't notice this earlier, but Vader doesn't cast dynamic shadows.
