That's exactly how they appear in the viewer. I know that this isn't the best method to get textures but if there's another way to extract them from .temp.bin files I'll be glad to hear it.

I couldn't even find the hair texture! You know what, whatever. I'll just leave Wei to you guys then and focus on all the others. At least they have proper hair.

512 x 512 is low? Well, it's the biggest they had. Nothing I can do about that.

Joe - As far as texture quality goes, most games use 1024 textures for character models, high end games are using 2048 more and more, while 512 is low res and not seen too much. Because a texture is square, a 1024 texture holds 4x the data a 512 does, and a 2048 holds 16x the data of a 512 texture. So yes, 512 looks poor by modern standards. However, for a game like Sleeping Dogs that has several npcs on screen at the same time, using low res textures becomes necessary for performance.
