But its a little too much to do all the peds, they have a fuckton of bodygroups!
So I will just port the worthy ones e.g of one: m_y_dork (Nerd)
I still cant find someone to rig them :/

A fuckton of bodygroups on the peds, eh? You may want to contact Bloocobalt or Half-Dead for rigging then, as whenever they do something with bodygroups, it is epic. Just port everything, Bloo and his expertise in the bodygroup arena will do the rest.

The Niko model's skeleton is the Valve skeleton. Every rigger knows that otherwise, we can't get such beautiful things like NPCs, Playermodels, face posing, finger posing...
i would give rigging a go, just be warned that my rigging normally screws up somewhere but i would be happy to try

I wouldn't recommend it. He said himself that his rigging is likely to f*** up somewhere.
Like I said, Half-Dead or Bloocobalt. Preferrably Half-Dead because Bloo might just make them private.
