I would do it if I knew how to model and rig ragdolls, I will learn some time soon but I can't promise anything in the near future as I am still doing static props for the Doctor Who mod and my Ghost in the Shell side project. But I will give it a shot when I do get around to the ragdoll aspect.
Maybe Shaq could help? Once he's done with the Doctor Who project, he might have a bit more time on his hands...

Yeah we could ask him as well but I don't know what else he has planned, I know he still has the Doctor, Cyberman, Davros but after that only he knows.

Stupid suggestion, but if someone wanted to take the easy way out, couldn't they use a bunch of models, edit their contents extensively and form these models? Of course, that is if you have such models and skills to do such. I apologize if that's not helping the situation, but wanted to throw that out ther in case someone may be able to do such a thing.

uMM... Just putting it out there but XenoAsiam alredy made a Lucy for Gmod...... just look on his downloads page.

Ah you alredy linked it before mention.....i apolagize though i should tell you I found that model in a player pack for player skins for the mod Obsidons conflict. You can actually save the materials the models into your gmod folder. I will provide you the link here.
