Looks correct to me though you have to modify your lighting. If it's in-game already you might have a too high specular value or an emit shader (which emits light obviously)

You've missed alpha channel on the eye texture.
Does anyone here have experience using Ninja Ripper with Bad Company 2?

I think he's using luxox's composite textures, in which case he doesn't need any alpha channel. Really looks like a lighting issue to me (too much light reflection).

It's EyeRefract shader which uses eye diffuse alpha for envmap boost.
It has nothing to do with ripped/composite textures it's a feature of the shader.

I noticed something, there are 5 shared leg models: Assault, Support, Engineer, Recon, and Paratrooper. So the leg texture for the RUS Engineer is not the correct one...

You need to play with UV spinners, UV coords for bf3 most of the time are somewhere around
12,13 - 14,15 - 18,19 - 20,21 - 24,25.
I've found when I rip from games that the normals are usually reversed. I also found a script that fixes them that may or may not be useful for BF3.

I really like the art direction. It's the color correction on the maps that bugs me the most.

Color Correction/Grading is part of the Art Direction - at least that is what I meant. :)
Some maps look like nuclear wastelands where all colors got bleached away [I](Wake Island)[/I], others have an enormous blue tint, other yellow tint, etc.
And that supernova sun..... :D
